I love this. Heats up fast. East to use. Not easy to change parts but they all work. I didn’t need all of the extras like I thought. But this is a good machine

For the price I'm going to be fair, compared to more sophisticated higher priced heat transfer machines, I'm probably getting what I paid for, but in all honesty it's very hard to work with, there's no way to determine the measurement for the press itself, or a way to determine accuracy for the heat on the press itself. I have a heat monitor and the number on the digital screen that I set the heat to never matches what the gun says it's showing for heat. I've done a few heat transfers and the temperature seems to fluctuate from one day to the next on the same temperature setting so one day the exact same shirt with the exact same material transfers fine, then the next day I'm getting either too hot or too cold and the transfer is either not getting hot enough to lay down, or it gets so hot it's overheating the transfer and causing it to become too hot to lay down. It seems like getting into really high temps is useless I can't press a sublimation transfer at all as they require such high temperature and the machine overshoots that temperature so far that it has actually burned my shirts and I haven't had time to mentally map out the amount I need to bring the temperature down to make it work. It's kind of frustrating cause I was using this as a spring board to start my own business but I can't trust that my customer's products will be high quality when I can't keep the transfers the same day to day.

Update: The company sent a replacement at no charge. It is currently working correctly and hasn't smoked or caught fire.I only gave this 1 star because 0 isn't an option. My 1st problem began when my press screwed itself into 1 position. Once my hubby was able to file down the grooves that had been made from the swiveling I was able to use it again. That happened in April after just 1 month of use. In June while working on a large order I noticed the temp settingkept hoping all over the place. Up down up down. It won't stay on the same setting. I have reset it multiple time and anytime I use it, it does the same thing. About 2 weeks ago I noticed the handle you swivel the press with was loose. There is no way to tighten this as it is screwed into the top where your heating plate it. Now 1 screw has competely come off and the other is so loose I'm can't use that handle, making it very hard to guide it around. The final straw was when it started smoking and buring from the white insulated wires that run from the control box to the heating plate. It was too hot to even touch. Needless to say I can't use it any longer due to possible fire hazard. I bought this product in February of 2019 and it arrived in March. We are now 7 months out and I can no longer use my faulty press and have to get a new one. DO NOT BUY THIS PRESS!!!

This heatpress is great I use it for start my small business it's size is just right and it's worth you money. The heat level can be adjusted to use for your preference.

UPDATED REVIEW AS OF DECEMBER 28, 2019Wow, the difference a day makes.After not being satisfied with the previous press, for a number of reasons; the seller reached out to make things right. I was:- re-sent a new, better assembled, better functioning, heat press- sent a replacement t-shirt for one of the t-shirts that was destroyed by the previous I'll fated heat press- sent a press with assembly instructions, although this go round minor assembly was required- sent directions to utilize the pressSTILL DIDN'T RECEIVE THE TEFLON SHEETS, but maybe they'll be coming soon.**********************************************************I've had this press for about 2.5 weeks and initially, it worked ok. I used it about 3 times, after that, the temperature stopped being accurate.LOVE the swing away top; makes it easier to place tshirts etc. The device, while nifty & truly an ideal find, you get what you pay for. The tubing to connect the timer/thermostat to the plates GOT STUCK and the wiring was exposed; I was afraid of electrocution at one point.Having to change out the pieces proves to be cumbersome and since there's not specific instructions, you have to go on the internet for tutorials to find out how to gauge the temperature, change the plates to press different items etc.I like being able to select the color pad you want, who doesn't love customization, right?This was my first press and seemed like it would be a good buy, but CHEAP COST YOU HIGH, as my friend's mother once said.The return process was difficult, as I had to contact Amazon and THEY contacted the seller to send a prepaid label; just outrageous.

Al principio me costó un rato entender como habÃa que montarla pero con las instrucciones y un video de YouTube lo conseguÃ, la plancha es genial, los botones facilisimos y hace su función perfectamente, lo único que es complicado colocar el textil recto, supongo que con el tiempo se me hará más fácil

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos ...Ya vi algún comentario que por lo visto pasaba algo similar, pero a pesar de ello, decidà probar suerte por si era otro modelo o un fallo puntual.Con toda la ilusión del mundo me puse a montar la máquina (estoy empezando en la serigrafÃa), con tan mala suerte de que LA PIEZA DE LA MANIBELA VIENE MAL MONTADAAdjunto fotos y espero que se entienda bien con las fotos. El problema es que al juntar dicha pieza, con la placa superior de la plancha, no encaja con los agujeros/tornillos, donde deben juntarse ambas piezas, lo cual hace que no puedas montar la máquina completamenteLa primera foto es cómo deberÃa de quedar de posición la pieza en cuestión, para que los agujeros del medio (segunda foto) encajen con la plancha superior en la posición correcta. La tercera foto es cómo queda realmente si la montas, que si lo haces, no puedes encajar la plancha superior, porque no encajará la posición de los agujeros con la posición de los tornillos de la plancha, cuarta fotoBuscad otra opción ...
