Excellent quality Seamless very well-made made came damaged and they gave me a credit which was very nice, would’ve like to know the size it was with a dog in the sink I measured my dog measure. The sink had plenty extra room bought a bigger one, but still was smaller than I would liked. I would’ve bought a bigger one

Have now used this pet washing Station 6 times and the hose, second replacement, is totally unusable. I've had problems with the faucet connection (replacement sent), problems with spray head leaking (replacement sent) and now the second spray head totally separating not at a connection, and spraying everywhere in the bathroom.They have sent replacements everything, but quality is just not worthy.Hard pass on this brand

I really like an idea or it. 38inches is large enough for the standard poodle.Box arrived totally destroyed, but sink inside was relatively ok.Assembly was tedious but straightforward.It takes a lot of effort and ingenuity to install and connect to US plumbingProblems with the sink that make it almost not worth is:Stairs:1. Rails for the stairs are too wide and need to be bent in so the wheels can be in the groove2. stairs are useless as steps are tiny and top step is way too deep and does not protrude far enough3. stairs do not lock, so when dog steps on them, they slide inPlumbing1. ALL of the plumbing is metric!!! does not fit any of the US systems. Why would a company selling in the US not include US adapters? I spent hours trying to make it fit!For faucet: Hoses are too short and need to be extended but are metric. What I did is get 3/4 US threaded adapter, connected hose adapter to it and used washing machine hoses.Both the nut that tightens the adapter and the faucet nuts are loose enough to be used on US threadsFor drain: The adapter for the drain hose that you have to use if you want to use included strainer (I like it since you can see through it) is either 3cm or 2cm, so does not fit any plumbing. What I did is cut off 1 1/2 US sink drain down pipe and glue it inside included drain hose (pictured).Also, house drain needs to be lowered because sink strainer is low (14inch) so house drain needs to be lower than the code dictatesDoor is useless. It is too tiny and keeps sliding of since bottom rail is too low and wheels are not supporting it.Metal on the sink bottom is too thin and when my 65Lbs dog steps on it, it bangs and worps scaring him.The included tray is high for a big dog and has a huge gap on all sides so paws get is hurting or scaring the dog.I like idea of the tray since dirt going through it and is not under dogs feet. But it needs to be much lower!So in summary:Huge effort and expense to install, and could be used only on small dogs who could be lifted in the sink.I want to return it, but I already adapted plumbing, sunk a lot of money in adapting it and also disassembly and packing would be another time wais and effort.

The product looks good and worked well. Have used it only once, so no comments on durability. If you're pretty handy and mechanically experienced and take your time assembling it, you'll get it done in spite of the poorly written and incomplete instructions.

I’ve not used this item yet. It was easy to put together. It’s not super heavy but with work for my medium dogs.The leashes were not included as advertised on Amazon so I contacted the seller and they said the don’t include them now. That was disappointing when you base your purchase on their description.
