I’ve been using the VEVOR 4.8 Gallon Air Compressor for a while now, and I’m really impressed with its performance. One of the standout features is how quiet it is—much quieter than other compressors I’ve owned. You can easily have a conversation or work in the same room without the noise being disruptive. Despite its compact size, the 1.2HP motor delivers plenty of power, and the 2.2 CFM at 90 PSI output is perfect for most small to medium tasks. The oil-free design also makes maintenance hassle-free. Overall, this compressor is a great choice for anyone looking for quiet, reliable performance.

This is for the 4.8 gallon (18 liter) Vevor oil-free air compressor. I would give it 5 stars except for the instructions.Bottom line, I like the unit and so far I'm happy with the purchase.Got this yesterday (Oct 2024) and managed to figure out how to put it together myself and blow out my hoses before winter. It works well. There are a number of issues however that need addressing.Instructions lacking* The instructions don't tell you to screw in the air filters and whether to run the unit with these filters open or closed. I am assuming closed; I think you open each to clean or replace its filter.* Instructions say to attach the pull rod (it’s welded to the tank) and attach a handle (there isn’t one), both instructions are unnecessary.* The cushion foot doesn’t attach the way shown in the instructions, you have to reverse it so it can be attached. It can’t be screwed in the way that's shown in the instructions.* The instructions don’t tell you to connect the quick-release connector or how to do this. You need to use some 1/2 inch plumber’s tape (teflon, not supplied) to wrap around the threads to get an air-tight seal. You tighten this using a 11/16†wrench (not supplied).* There is no "ball valve (3)" that I can find that "can be used directly."* On this model you pull up on the switch to turn the compressor on, push down to turn it off.Descriptions lacking* There are two pressure gauges, and the instructions don't say what each means.* There is an adjustment near the gauges, it's orange and it turns and has a + and - on it (a regulator?). It arrived loosened/unscrewed, but the instructions don't say what this is or how to use it.Putting these last two points together, I think: one gauge tells tank pressure, the other gauge tells output pressure, and the adjustment knob with +/- (regulator?) changes the output pressure. I’ve confirmed this.To summarize, the setup consists of:1. Attach two wheels2. Attach one cushion foot3. Screw in two air filters4. Connect the quick connect connector using your own teflon tape to wrap threads and 11/16†wrench to tighten itWhat else do you need?* You will need to buy or have your own quick-connect accessories like air hose, water hose blow-out attachment, air nailer, etc.* You’ll likely want a power cable that can handle 8-10 amps at 120 volts, as the included power cord is only about 3 feet (1 meter) long.

Looks good, seems put together correctly, started it up in my livingroom and it wasn't that loud. Fills pretty fast, much smaller than I thought it would be may need a bigger size, Let's see if it can blow my sprinklers out.Update, Definitely works great blowing out my sprinklers. I have 7 zones and setting it to 50psi it blew everything out even a 1/4 acre away.

Ich hab den Vevor Kompressor gekauft wegen dem Design in schwarz / orange allerdings ohne eine KTM zu besitzen 😜 . Leider kam er schon beschädigt an ! Er liess sich nicht mal starten - Der Druckschalter war kaputt ! Ausserdem ist die Schalteinheit oben eine andere Einheit wie auf dem Foto ! Der Kundendienst /Support ist zwar erreichbar per email jedoch alles in Zeitlupe . Jetzt soll ein Ersatzteil aus China kommen - dauert ca. 3 Wochen . Hab den Kompressor nun erst mal überbrückt . Der Druck und die Abgabe ist gut , aber es ist wirklich etwas mühsam bis das Set endlich läuft . Überlege den "Knüller" zurück zu senden . Kommt drauf an, was noch alles an Problemen auftauchen wird. Akustik ist sehr gut ! Aber die Endkontrolle gibt es wohl überhaupt nicht ! Egal wo .... !?? ! Die Dinger kommen fast alle aus CN . Die Hersteller sind schon mutig , so ein Kompressor ist nicht ungefährlich ! Eine tickende Zeitbombe oder nur nervig !? Danke Vevor ! Hätte so schön sein können , der Support ist eine lahme Duck , es nervt brutal, die fluten den Markt und dann nach dem Motto mal sehen was geht - SO gehts NICHT ! Alles über email, immer 24h Zeit versetzt .Update : Ersatzteil ist nun da nach nur ca. 12 Tagen - ich berichte weiter, wenn der Betrieb läuft !Neue Einheit drauf geschraubt , abgedichtet . Probelauf passt - Bläst ab bei 8bar und hält den Druck !Wenn er so stabil weiter läuft dann bin ich happy - 2 Jahre Garantie über Amazon . Läuft ! Melde mich nach einigen Monaten wieder , hoffe mit positivem Feedback - Hab die Sterne Zahl erhöht wegen der unkompliziertem Ersatzteillieferung !

I received a defective unit, it was replaced faster then I could return the broken one, this compressor fills the tank really fast, its quite compared to my old one of 10 years and the price was pretty good, so initial use I am happy, now to see how to works in the long term.
