I purchased this coffee maker for my HOA in the community. We have parties and Bingo nights at our clubhouse and this is perfect for a large crowd wanting coffee. This is actually the second one I’ve purchased Very pleased with it

Bought for a graduation party. I never got to use it. I tested it out when we first received it a month ago. It worked. So I cleaned and dried it noticing the bottom was crusty already around the hole to the dispenser. Cleaned as well as I could but it didn't look the same. So hard to scrape the crust. I tested it out with hot water. We have normal water.Dried it well and packed it back up a little disappointed it wasn't like new anymore but it was cleaned enough to use. Opened it up for the party and it was so grossly crusted I didn't want to drink whatever would come out of it. What a waste. That's some cheap "metal". The return window is closed so I'm stuck with it now.

We plugged it in on Friday and unplugged it Saturday night - worked fine for 7 months; then died. 1 year warranty but 30 day replacement. Back to Hamilton Beach I go.

I bought it for our restaurant and I found out it's leaking from the gap between parts at the bottom side. So I replaced it to new one and it was worse. New one was also leaking and it was even worse. Leaking from many spots. So waste of time to return those garbages.

This Coffee pot was purchased last May to be used at my church. Since that time we have used the pot approximately 6 times. The machine worked fine on only 1 of those occasions. It is very difficult to get stem set into the spot at the bottom and if not the pot will heat the water but not purcolate. I would like a refund on this machine and will happy to return it to you if necessary.
