We have been using this fan to expel heat from air compressor systems. Sometimes it can get extremely hot 120+ degrees but it has been working perfectly the display has been dependable and it’s still working smooth during the summer and the winter. Good for the price super easy to install will be purchasing more in the future

This fan blew me away. I was making a cooling system for my laptop and wanted to run a 4 inch hose trgough the desk to the underside of my laptop. I purchased a random4 inch fan that was not very good so I decided to go larger. I happened to see this fan on sale and thought it may be too good to be true. Well it is not, i was going to go 6 inches but the 8 inch was less than other 6 inch fans so I bought one. The first time I turned this fan on I actually thought my laptop would lift off the desk. I coul only laugh at the amout of overkill for my needs I got. But hey overkill can be good. The little control unit that comes with it is a little chunky when trying to navigate but i like the fact its lit up and you can read it in a dark room. Tge speeds range from 1 to 10 and each one is a clear and progressively higher step in fan speed. I put a 6 inch reducer on my since I had 6 inch ducts alreadynand it was only going two feet from being mounted on my the underside of my desk through the desk to a cistom duct holder and stand for my laptop. I use a custom filter to try and minimize the dust being pumped into the laptop vents. It works really well and i never have to turn it up past 4 and it moves a lot of air. This fan is worth every pennyand it moves so much air that I buy a second one for my den to circulate the ac cool air since i only have one vent in a very large room..Short answer is this fan is powerful and moves a ton of air!!! You will not regret your purchase and sometimes it half the price of other less powerful fans. I paid 25 percent more than what i paid for my 4 inch fan that wont even blow a piece of paper.The fan can get louder at around the 7-10 range but i was surprised at the quietness in relation to the amout of air being passed through. Over good fan!

Simply put, this inline duct fan seems to be as good as any of the competing brands, and makes one wonder why the others cost so much more. The only issue I had was a loud high-pitched whine that came from the controller box even when the fan was completely off. (Since the controller monitors temperature and humidity, it's never really "off.") Then I got around to plugging in the temperature sensor cable (which not all competitors provide or support), and the whine disappeared completely. I guess some circuitry was switching on and off to check temperature, and with no sensor it made an audible switching sound. In any case, this is a flexible controller and a fully functional fan, and I can't find any fault with it. And it has an anti-back-flow feature so outside air doesn't blow back into the duct when the fan is off. Mine is installed on the high-pressure side of the shop, and there's almost always prevailing wind against that side of the building, but no indication of any draft back through the fan. This can be very important, not only to prevent heat loss, but also to prevent possibly toxic dust and particulates that accumulate in the duct from being blown back inside. I will definitely pay attention to other products from Vevor.

I just got this fan a few days ago to replace a noisy relatively power hungry inline fan i already had. My first impressions are pretty good. I haven't installed the fan how I want yet, but I have messed around with it. First off, the description says it's 68 watts, I hooked it up to my kil-a-watt, and at maximum speed, it only draws 59-60 watts. So that is deffinately a bonus. While down at speed 2, it draws about 11 watts and still moves a decent amount of air. I do not have an anemometer or anything to verify flow rates. As far as noise, I haven't checked it with a decibel meter, but it's not the loudest fan in the world. Speed 2 you almost can't hear it, at 3 you start being able to because the Humm it creates is sort of a higher pitched Humm, not a deep lower tone. At speed 10, it gets kind of loud but not the loudest fan I've had. This review could possibly be premature, but overall I'm satisfied so far.

The digital controller doesn't function properly. This will kill your plants if you rely on it for environment control.THEY WILL NOT ALLOW THE RETURN OF THEIR BROKEN PRODUCT!!!!!!EVIL EVIL EVIL

Buenas aspiración,ha solucionado mis problemas de humedad en el sótano y el consumo apenas lo he notado,apuntar que fui afectado por la Dana y el sótano llegó a estar sumergido1,65 y gracias a este estractor estoy consiguiendo una buena ventilación forzada

I received the inline fan very quickly, thanks for that.However when testing the fan I soon found out that the so called controller actually does not do well what it should do, it is advertised that it can be used well in a grow tent but unfortunately this is not going to work as it should.This fan controller that comes with it is actually nothing more than a temperature gauge with a termostat. There is nothing really adjustable in the thing just regulates on or off at a specified value. It should go to a low setting when the temperature is right in the grow room but it doesn't, it goes off. You don't want this in a grow room, you should always have negative pressure/fresh air in connection with odors etc.This fan looks nice with a nice controller but for growing purposes it is worthless, do not be fooled by the nice movies on youtube about this fan which is also sold under many other brand names but are all identical! I find it a pity because the service speed of this shop is fantastic but I feel cheated by the product.The fan is not broken, it just does not work as promised. This one is going back. I will buy a more expensive fan with a real controller.
