I have a Ninja but wanted something less expensive and smaller for my winter condo in Florida. Im very pleased . Perfect size ! Blends very well , even frozen berries . Easy to use, just press down and it blends! Has suction cups on bottom and doesn’t take up much space .

I was told I needed to get a one of those super-expensive, high-dollar personal blenders (brand name starts with an "N" ends with an "a") but lemme tell ya this: I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! It's affordable, without sacrificing quality, power, or peace of mind - I know 100% without a doubt this lil powerhouse will blend my frozen berry, ginger, kale, & beet powder shake for my daily nourishment. WONDERFUL, easy to clean. I especially love that I can just unscrew the blender part and slap the cap with the pop-up thingy for my straw right on there. Thank you for this, I'm so pleased I decided to go with this one.

I purchased this to replace my Ninja Bullet Blender, over 15 years old. Although it's slightly smaller and feels less sturdy, in comparison ONLY. It's value....IT IS HALF (or more) THE PRICE of a replacement Ninja!I've used this fabulous little blender for over a year, average twice a week. Mostly, I make smoothies or blend fruit for sorbets. I have used it to crush ice to mincing walnuts. My only request would be bigger/taller cups with more volume for larger smoothies. My Ninja leaked and 2 replacement seals was $18. While shopping for those seals, this little gem popped up on a Daily Deal for another 20 bucks. I opted for a new machine with a new motor for the kitchen and moved the Ninja to my art studio to mince/chop up plastic bottle caps or random craft/recycling projects.I highly recommend this little blender.

Blender worked great the first few operations. Easy and safe for my children to help. The 4-5th time of use the blender stopped working. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in providing solutions to fix it. Unfortunately none of them ultimately worked. I took a quick video of the issue and the customer care representative issued me a replacement. Hassle free experience. Giving 4 stars since the blender stopped working but 5 starts for customer service.

Very good blender, used it daily for 7 months for morning smoothies. Unfortunately the bottom rusted out, but after contacting Customer Service they honored the warranty and were able to credit me so that I could repurchase a new one. Excellent CS and very quick resolution.

When it worked it worked adequately, but after maybe 10 uses it would just stop after a few seconds and I would have to wait 10 minutes or so before it would start working again. According to the troubleshooting info, it’s because what I was making was too dense, but I wasn’t making anything any differently than I had before, so I thought it odd that all of a sudden it seemed to have issues with that.In the most recent use, the little disc on the base that makes the blade spin broke into a couple different pieces while I was blending liquids only - so now the blade can’t turn at all. Just filled out the contact form, so I guess we’ll see. I haven’t even had this for a year yet.

I have owned this now for roughly 7 maybe 8 months now and wanted to give it a really good go before leaving a review. Overall I would say it has held up really well, I don’t use this every day but do use it frequently, it washes in the dishwasher just fine I have not found any rust spots on the blades and they haven’t become tighter from being washed in the dishwasher nor soaking in water over night. The plastic cups wash and rinse easy and leave no residue left behind, the 6 blade blender is perfect for bananas and seems to hold up well with flax seeds, if you don’t let the shakes settle between pulses though I have found that it misses chunks of bananas.The big thing I would have to say is I liked how quiet it seems to be compared to a few other brands I have used before. It fits great in my lazy Susan and doesn’t take up much room, all loose bits, cups and lids fit into a little basket perfectly. I would have to say I’m comfortable with the thought of buying a new one if this one ever happens to die on me.
