This product will be used in an outdoor pond. It is becoming colder and I bought this so the water won't freeze. I checked it today and it seems to be doing its job.

The heaters worked great for the first two weeks, after that we could not keep them warm. No matter what setting we put them on, where we placed them, they would not warm up. I came out to our pound after the first night of actual freezing temperature and spent the morning breaking ice off the pond, fountain and trying to make sure all of our koi survived.

I was able to get a month out of them but now they have all stopped working. Having trouble getting it taken care of now even though I purchased extra 2 yr insurance.

Barely got warm on any of them and practically impossible to send back
