For beginners, I'd suggest using these Oval and Power oval ones, as a beginner bowler needs to test what type of grips, holding position and all kinds of small details works in their favor when bowling. Good grips and the grip design plays a huge role in your ball release.If you're a bowler who wants to add revs, but not as much as the Powerlift ones, then use these Power oval ones. Plus if you want to reduce the revs, you can use the other side which is perfect ovals.These grips last for a very long time, so whenever you feel its getting loose due to your aggresive finger motions, just put some krazy glue and it stays in its position. I like Vise more than turbo grips, because I don't like the feel of the inside mesh that some Turbos come with, its just unnecesary extra grip. Vise is smooth and feels easy off the hands.
