As you can see from my picture, I was bitten by the sourdough bug! I've been experimenting with different vessels for proofing and baking the bread. These baskets and liners/covers are perfect. They hold just the right amount of dough for a good-sized loaf. The covers let the dough breathe, but the dough doesn't dry out. Sometimes I leave them out on the countertop to rise, other times I tuck them into the fridge overnight. Either way, the loaves always come out perfectly formed and never over-proofed or shaggy. Definitely a good investment if you're going to be making any kind of bread. Also, the dough does NOT stick to the liner or cover!

This is a set of 6 banneton liners. These fit full size (not mini) bannetons and are a nice option if you want to wash or dry your original liners but make another loaf. These also work on silicone bannetons, just make sure they're the ones without the side tabs. Dust liberally with rice flour and the dough will pop right out. I've used and washed these several times and they've held up well thus far. This set of 6 is perfect for non-stop baking.

These are very nice. They are very practical and useful. I gave them 4 stars because they came smelling very musty. I washed them but they still smell. It's better, but not perfect. I hope after several more washings the smell will go away completely.

I had liners from a proofing basket I got and they were poor quality so I needed to get new ones. These liners are made from high quality cotton and are exactly what I need for my proofing baskets. When it comes time to clean these liners I put some soap on them, rub the soap in, wash with warm water and let them sit to dry, then they're good as new!

Well-made liners for banettons/bread baskets. There’s enough fabric to stretch over the basket easily and the elastic holds it securely in place. Would buy again.

Now I don't have to line ceramic bowls with dishtowels for fermenting sourdough boules. I was too cheap, er, "frugal" to buy lined baskets. These guys can be used to line the bowls or to cover something in the bowl. They're good quality. I washed and air dried them before using. They came out great.

I bought these liners so I didn’t have to constantly wash them. They fit my 9†banneton baskets perfectly, wash up nicely, and didn’t smell. They are more generously sized than the liners that came with my bannetons and I really appreciate having more than the two I was washing all the time. I would buy again.

Washed the set before use, and had two come apart in different areas of the stitching - one in the main seam of the bottom part, and one around the elastic. That said, the ones that survived the initial wash are doing well and have been easy to maintain. They fit nicely in my proofing bowls.

I’ve been using this to make bread every week for the last 9 months. It’s good quality and works as expected.

This basket is great. I have used it many times and that quality seems to be of a high standard. It also came with the cutting blade bread bag and a scraper.

Bowl seems small but sturdy. Only received the bowl with cover and the scraper. No lame included which is what I needed the most so quite disappointed.

I use this for sourdough and it’s the best! The scraper is so useful.
