These kits are difficult to find these days and I was a little hesitant when ordering because it was a one size fits all. But when I finally got around to doing the rebuild I found that while it was a one size fits all it actually had gaskets to fit many models and mine was one of them. The materials were of top quality. Being a retired professional mechanic I have seen many carb rebuild kits and this one was as good as any that I have used in the past. I have actually used this brand before so I am not totally surprised. If you need a kit to rebuild a GM product 1 BBL carb you will like this one.

This kit is for the later 1960s carbs, only place I found with parts/kits for the older carbs is Mikes carbs.Mine was a 1951 B with a flat stem accel pump which this kit does not service and the main gaskets are different.

Came with rubber replacement for accelerator pump. original was leather, and cannot be changed to rubber type.

This rebuild kit fit well on a Rochester B carb on a chevy 250 L6. The felt gaskets looked cleanly cut. Truck started just fine and I no longer have fuel leaking out the bowl!

This kit save you time and effort and has some nice little clips and new check balls tho you rarely need them if the old ones are cleaned and polished upI’ve rebuilt 3 carburetors so far and the tune up and work great just like the old gmc truck manuals suggest they should operateWish they had the complete pump piston assembly, it’s too bad that part is no longer included as the old timey ones can’t come apart for a new leather.
