I bought this to replace another cat back system that went to a 3†exhaust which was too loud. This was an easy install. Holy cow it’s quiet. I bought 2†clamps and the rear clamp needs to be a little larger. 2-1/4 I believe.

Very easy to install and fits perfectly. I did have to cut some of the pipe to connect it to the existing pipe but it was easy to do with a reciprocating saw.

I installed this along with the cross tube from the 2nd bank and the tailpipe. It replaced an after-market (won't name names) performance system that was WAY too loud and WAY too free flowing. Not only did I get peace and quiet back, but low end response is so much better now. The only thing close to a negative experience was the female end going to the slip fit cross tube was bent inwards some. The smallest adapter on my Lisle expander opened it back up quick and easy. I am curious to see if my gas mileage changes any, but I haven't driven enough to tell yet.

As others have experienced I too have a dented up muffler. Not sure if it's caused by the manufacturer or in transit. All I can say is it could have been packaged a little better than just a label in the exhaust part without any foam or box. The exhaust fits fine and is as quiet as stock. I can live with the dents because it cost much less than oem.

Despite Amazon’s recommendation, this product was a perfect replacement for my 2011 4.0L Crew Cab. The item was delivered to my home via a small box truck in a very large (~8ft x 2ft x 2ft) box. Upon opening, the item did have some blemishes (see images), but nothing that should hinder its performance. This is the only reason I have docked the product a star. There was a large, inventory label affixed to the muffler body that I removed prior to installation to prevent any burning/smell once heated up.In my particular case I needed to replace the resonator flange studs and nuts before the muffler assembly installation (M10x1.25 x 40.5, available from most parts stores and surely on Amazon as well).The slip-fits and resonator flange fit as expected for a relatively-trouble-free installation. The sound is similar to OE and there are no noticeable performance changes.

After a ripoff experience with a car parts joint - i gutted the entire exhaust system and replaced ALL of it with Walker components. I had it installed at a shop - and the truck now passes emissions test with nary a hiccup.
