I’m not one to write reviews unless a product is exceptionally good or bad. This torch is AMAZING 🤩 I originally purchased it for my husband as a gift but I ended up using it myself to burn weeds in our large gravel driveway. It does the trick and I’ve recommended it to friends, family and neighbors. It’s lightweight and very easy to use. Easy to ignite and attach propane tanks to. I used this alongside my garage to burn some clumps of weeds and it took them out in no time. I found it oddly satisfying to use! I hate using any type of chemical weed killer around my property so when I saw this I figured I’d try it out and I’m glad I did ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

This thing works quite well for a "lightweight" unit. It is very light and easy to handle (ergonomic). The spark starter works well but is harder to ignite when the gas supply is lower. I was using a one pound cylinder and was able to cover an area of about 150 square feet of heavy ground cover weeds. I am considering an adapter hose so I can access a 20lb tank directly for longer use and use the 1lb for "spot" treatment. Was considering the "flamethrower" type but that seemed like overkill for the limited use this unit gets. Got a good price also.

This product is good quality and works perfectly. I have a lot of weeds growing in my driveway and didn't want to use dangerous chemicals. This takes a little effort but burns out the weeds.

Assembly was easy and I put it straight to work. I used regular camping propane, I am not sure if you can use MAPP gas or if there is even a need. The tube has an igniter built right in and easy enough to reach without bending down. Nice feature! A spare handheld igniter is included as a "bonus gift". It is a little tricky to determine the flame size and adjust it, but it seemed to work better with a little more gas, hence hotter flame. I used it in some rock areas and on sidewalk and it did the job fairly well. If the weeds are larger, it can take some real time to knock down and show wilt, but on smaller weeds, it is fairly quick.I don't know that this will replace all my weeding needs, but it is a nice addition to my arsenal. The tool seems to be well made and has a nice balance and feel in your hand. The length is perfect. I would recommend it if you are looking to for a weed torch!

Initially I gave it 5 stars, but had only used it for about 15 minutes. It stopped working after about 2 hours of use. Igniter works, but there is a blockage in the valve somewhere. It will light up sometimes and then immediately stop.

I didn’t want to have to fool around with a heavy 20# gas cylinder, and wasn’t sure this weed torch would be adequate to get rid of the weeds that sprout up between our patio pavers.It went together easily and I fired it up, and gave it a try. Worked great and was very well balanced with a 16oz cylinder attached.

I use this to burn weeds out of my yard and my flowerbeds and grass where it shouldn’t be. I really like the way I don’t have to bend down to do it and pulling weeds is something I can’t do it takes those little green propane tanks that you use for portable barbecue grills, so it doesn’t make the burner very heavy. Just as a suggestion, make sure you’re grass is dry or wherever you’re going to be using it is dry and not wet or damp even.

I have decorative rocks in my side hard and even though there is a weed barrier the weeds spring up anyway. I used to pull by hand but that is time consuming and back breaking. This tool has been a back saver! It is good to use on rocks, between paver stone and cracks in the concrete.
