Great speed rope. Be mindful of the surface you’re exercising on because I’ve noticed the cable is beginning to wear from skipping against unfinished, brushed concrete. Still a great buy.

I have the crossrope set, I have to say, that the crossrope set is havier but the PVC is tearing down so I purchaced these as an alternative because the price of the crossrope.overall, good set, works well as a jumping rope, it is easy to replace and change the ropes.great product.

3 ropes in the package. Great and professional swivel handles. I'm new to jump roping and was nervous about not receiving instructions on how to cut and connect the ends. The package comes with a high-quality wire cutters. Anyway, I figured it out, but had to look for some diagrams on the internet. I was just nervous about cutting the wires. Anyway, any low-IQ guy can do it!
