This is by far the best headgear for an original fibra-metal hood money can buy, my only complaint is that there aren’t tabs for using a universal sweat band. but hey, the leather one included is very nice! I installed it on a 906 tiger hood and used the original headgear hardware, fit like a charm! I will be buying this product again for every old hood I come across!

Not what I thought I was paying for. I should have paid better attention. Seller is real slick putting FiberMetal (COMPATIBLE) in the advertisement. You get what you pay for will not purchase again nor do business with seller lesson learned PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO ADVERTISING.

This fit right into an older welding mask that I really love but broke the ratchet strap on. Took me 5 minutes to do the swap and I now have my favorite hood again to use.I am not sure what else to say, sturdy and well constructed and comes with everything you will need to do the swap in just minutes.Dont toss out your favorite hood or hard hat, replace the head gear and keep what you love.

Worked well, but needs updated hardware, needs to be made of something other then plastic. Fits great and adjust well but the hood I purchased to test this did not work well with this item. But if you have the brand/model that this fits correctly I would definitely purchase because the band fits comfortable and sits well unlike other types I have tried.

I start putting it on my hood went to adjust it to put it on my head and it fell apart
