I used this to secure Christmas garland and attach ornaments to garland. The cutter right on the spool made it really easy to use because I didn't need to keep up with pliers while I was working. It also looks fairly clear so it blends in with the garland and isn't noticeable. Also seems sturdy enough to do the job.

I was looking forward to using the clear wire ties for my loose spare cords. But when I tried to use the cutting bar it seemed to not cut. I found that I wasn't pushing down hard enough. Once I did it worked great! I think that the instruction should include "push down hard on the cutting bar" and should be included with the device. Now that I know how to cut the ties, it works great and will be really useful for me. Thanks.

I bought this wire to use in mask making. It is a bit thinner than I hoped but I doubled it over to make a thicker 4 inch long piece (8 inches total) which I zig-zagged over to attach to the inside of the mask as the nose piece. I thought that if it did not survive regular washes I could just take it out to replace it. I have been washing my masks now for 6 months and the wire is holding up very well. I'm getting ready to make some holiday masks and will continue to use it. I am quite happy with the product and would buy it again.

Easy to use and easy to store so you don't have to hunt when you need a good, clear twist tie to make decorations.

High quality product, sturdy and long lasting. The clear covering does make it less noticeable but you can see the wire.

I've had two spools of this for many years (one in the garage and one in the basement). I forget if I purchased them from Amazon or directly from wiretie4sale.com. I recently bought two new spools from Amazon. What a disappointment. The biggest disappointment is that the cutter (part of the spool and a great convenience) just doesn't work. The cutters on the old spools always worked fine. But also very disappointing is the fact that the "wire" part is so much thinner - see photo.

I used this to attach artificial fruit to a plastic grid and it hangs over my front door. Worked great! Can’t see the wire. I live in Western NY and the winds are pretty brisk. The fruit has stayed for 2 1/2 months now.
