I made the mistake of drinking water out of it right away, beware nasty chemical taste. Needs to be flushed. Run water through it for a few minutes before putting it into service

Just what I needed for a water system project. The lines are stiff, which is good to prevent kinking blockages, but any sharp corners you would do well to use an elbow fitting.

I bought an Aquasana AQ5300+, which is a great water filter. Problem is the hose/tube that comes with it is way to short if you need it on another side under your sink. This one is not quite as firm as the tube that comes with the unit, but it work just fine. Solved my conumdrum.
