I was worried when it came without instructions. And I was worried when I wasn't able to assemble it as easily as the two people in the video I found were able to. All I had to help me was my cat. I wasn't able to install it on the door frame as I planned, because the door wouldn't open if I did. But that was my fault due to my lack of carpentry skills and not paying attention in in Geometry class when I was in high school. So I hired Vito who only charged me $150 to install it without moving the light or damaging the vinyl siding. That's when I discovered that the motion detector under the light can't detect motion through the awning and turn on the light! Fortunately I am a better electrician than carpenter, so I moved the detector from the light, rewired it and relocated it just below the awning. SUCCESS! The detector detects, the light lights and there's nothing but blue skies from now on! Of course all that took a few months, but it's not because of a fault with the awning, just poor planning on my part!

Exactly as described and pictured. We will see now if it stands the test of time but love it

Perfect after having big old metal one, this is so so much nicer and more updated. It does keep my door still dry although we had to make a little adjustments. I’m very satisfied

Like the size awning I got. Dislike the awning has no gutter.The instruction..were poor. Website instructions, I was referred to …website did not exist. The bar code scan, I was referred to..did not work either. The pictures on the brief instruction sheet that was sent, was the only thing I had to go by. It was trial and error trying to put the awning together and install.The tracking still had my awning at FedEx in China when it had been delivered to my house.If you order one of these awnings be prepared.
