For the money, this wine opener is a good value. Pretty new, so can't comment on durability, but has worked well so far. Not quite as nice as my Rabbit, but a good choice for a spare for my beach house. A nice set that comes with a stand and accessories. Does need batteries, so not as convenient as rechargable openers, but happy so far. If you need an opener that doesn't cost a lot, get this set. It should work well for you.

If you drink alot of wine or even just have a few glasses here and there you absolutely need one of these kits around the house. The wine opener set comes with an battery operated opener, 4xAA (not included), a pouring spout, a foil cutter, aerator and a vacuum plug. Note the electric opener does only fit standard wine bottles so if you have a thicker than standard the standard 750ml bottle it may not fit. The opener does work very well and quickly as well as the other items in the kit. Yes the motor is on the louder side but as long as it works right? Everything is stored in a nice display stand for your wine counter. Overall a great little kit to have.

This wine opener set is fantastic! This get the job done! The motor is underpowered so it does the job a bit slower than others, but it works.I like that it’s rechargeable instead of replaceable batteries.It is rather inexpensive-feeling with lightweight plastic but it doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart in my hand. A drop to a hard floor would likely kill it though.For $15 it makes a great cheap solution for those who. For whatever reason, struggle to use manual openers.

The first bottle of wine that I tried this on worked great. I used the included cutter to cut the foil off, then used the opener to open the bottle without issue. I used the aerator to pour the wine, although I'm not sure it does much besides make the wine very slow to pour. I tried out the vacuum stopper and it seems OK but not sure how long it will last.On the second bottle of wine, it took forever to go into the cork and eventually ended up punching through the bottom of the cork and getting some cork into the wine. This was a nice bottle of wine that we brought back from Spain so I was disappointed for this to happen.I am now hesitant to use the opener on any nice bottles of wine or when we have guests over as I don't want to end up with the same situation again.Overall, I would look at other options before picking this.
