Hardware Essentials Wire Rope Clips are great for terminating wire rope. Steel designed and complete with a zinc finish wire rope clips are easy to use.

Designed to couple together two lengths of wire rope, or to form an eye or loop on wire rope. Wire rope should be the same diameter as rope clip. Consists of a U-shaped bolt, a forged saddle and two nuts. The two layers of wire rope are placed in the U-bolt and clamped into place for a tight connection.

I ground off two ears diagonal from each other and was able to use these clamps as cross clamps for 9/16 inch cable. Worked well
