I haven't tried to ream anything yet, but on first impression, they are going to be difficult to use as a hand reamer with the hex shank extending above the t-handle like it does. And it seems like grasping the t-handle puts your knuckles right up against the top end of the flutes. The flute edges aren't very straight as they're only ground on one side. I'll probably purchase the General 130 that I'm used to using. The sizing is also kind of weird, if you've got a set of two, shouldn't they cover a wider range? Each one has a 10-11mm range, but the two ranges overlap by 9mm.

I bought two of these reamers. The first time I used one on mild steel 1/8" sheet, the mild steel wore the edges down like they were made of copper. The darn thing didn't ream anything. Very poor quality. 😢
