$60 is more money than I spend on pretty much any article of clothing so purchasing these leggings were a bit of a gamble for me. After having them for about a week now I have to say I don't regret it at all!I'm 5'10", 125 lbs with 38" hips and 28" waist - I ordered a medium and they fit great. The leggings are snug without feeling right or constricting. They are soft and create a beautifully smooth look, hugging nicely and creating smooth lines. The waist sits at a nice place on the hips which helps to create a smooth transition... definitely no muffin-topping which some yoga pants can do to even the slimmest person.Moving around, the leggings do not shift at all. I have stretched, worked out, and napped in them without needing to pull the top up, the ankles down, or anything else.I intend to use these for UV protection on the beach as I am very fair skinned and sunscreen just doesn't cut it. They look great with a bikini top but I have not had the chance to test their protection. The material is lightweight and breathable but remains opaque even when stretched so I think they will hold up well in the sun and even the water.

I bought one pair, they make me look great. People complimented me on them. The colors on the black are cool to look at. Great design. I bought them to swim in originally. I have never worn any leggings before this. I liked how they felt, so I wore them outside to do yard work. They geld up great. We were moving pavers to build our retaing wall i have swam in them, full coverage. No sun penetration here. A couple days later, I ordered another per. One for yard work. The other for working out and swimming. The bottoms are a couple inches too long, 5’5 1/2†and a large size, but it doesn’t seem to matter at all, I bunch the extra at my ankles.Like reviewers before me, I sized up and it was a perfect fit.

I am very fair and have had my share of sunburns over my 61 years. I was very happy to find these swim leggings so I can enjoy time at the beach without fear of sun damage. After trying cheaper brands, I realized that you get what you pay for. Platinum Sun makes a quality product. The waistband is wide and comfortable- no rolling or pinching. The fit is perfect: I ordered a large size- I usually wear a size 10 in pants. The designs are beautiful and I plan on ordering other colors. The only thing that is a bit of an issue is this: If you walk on the beach in the breaking waves, sand does collect inside the pants at the ankles. But just remember to roll them up and brush away the sand before you go home!

The are wonderful swim leggings. They have great compression and stay up well even after hours in the ocean. The higher waist stays put and the length is perfect. I’m 5’5 and they cover my entire leg down to my ankle.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pants have a mesh panel behind the knee, which allows more sun. Mesh seems an odd choice for upf pants and I wish it didn’t have the mesh. Otherwise a great swim pant.

I already can't wait to order my next pair! These are absolutely the best leggings that I have ever owned. They are perfect for warming thermals under my wetsuit when I'm scuba diving. They're also great for work outs. The band actually keeps them in place. They don't budge. Great fit. Look amazing on. Thick material. Worth it! I would definitely recommend this brand to friends and family. Especially those who do water sports. I was warm my entire dive and never even noticed they were on.

Beautiful high-quality fabric and pattern, but runs quite small. I am 5'6" and 148 lbs. with a bit of extra weight in the belly. I tried size L first, then exchanged for an XL and there really wasn't much difference between them. Both were much too tight in the waist. I had the same issue with their rash guards. This brand is just not size-inclusive. I had better luck with swim leggings from other brands that did not have this problem.

I must say I nearly balked at the price....but am SO SO very glad I took the plunge. These are AWESOME! They are the perfect thickness —no flimsy, see through material here....fit like a dream, don't roll down....have this fabulously generous sized waistband...and they wash up easily and nicely......why on earth don't they have them in more colors/varieties? Really? So there! A genuine COMPLAINT! What ARE you people waiting on? And I'd like a shirt too please.....for working out at the gym....thank you very much......I love them....and am sad that I cannot wear them every day to workouts.Update: I am SO Excited!!! I just emailed the company and received an immediate response! OMG---they are coming out with new leggings and new shirts sometime around the end of March!! Also, she wrote that "We are a very young company and it is very difficult for us to bring many products on the market while we grow, but we are working on it."I would add FABULOUS customer service to this review and say to anyone on the fence about these.....buy them now.....and again in March/April.....(For those concerned.....I am a genuine, legitimate Amazon reviewer and have not been paid or compensated in any way whatsoever to write this....I just try to give credit where it's due and do my best to support the "little guys"
