Very easy to use no mess. Having trouble finding stick on stencils. The hard plastic stencils allow the gel to bleed outside of the design making uneven lines

This product is more like a gel than a paste but it does exactly what it says it will do and is easy to use. Just follow the directions and voila. Yay! I have many more ideas and projects that I want to use this for!

This was straight up liquid and was a mess. My friend and I thought it was us, then we read more reviews. I’ll be returning. I bought torch paste and it’s so much better. I spent a bunch of money on wood and stencils and everything bled through and looked horrible, and the “gel†took forever to burn.Based on a review we used and will be using the oven for our event for both safety and economy of scale. So thank you to the reviewer who told us about that! Still takes a while (10-20 min at 350F) but maybe I’ll turn the temp up next time.

The product itself was super easy to use and turned out great. I put a wood stain and a clear coat gloss over top. The wood stain was fine but then when I put the clear coat over top of them both it smeared some of the burnt pieces and the ashes got all over.

I have tried many wood burning products, and I have to say, this is by far the best. It is easy to apply, it doesn’t bleed through the stencils (like the far more expensive products I have tried) And personally I love the fact it stains the wood Yellow, as it makes it so much easier when burning your project with a heat gun.For those reviewers that say it takes ages to burn, maybe try using a more intense heat gun. I purchased mine off Amazon, for around $20, and within 5 minutes it burns the images cleanly and effortlessly into the wood.I have no complaints with this product whatsoever, and at the current price, you would be crazy not to give it a go.I have around 6 new tubs of the stuff, and will be purchasing more very soon!!

Will be returning, content had leaked a little bit. Never used, but be aware there is not a seal on the jar. Only mentioning this in case it would bother you. I’m returning because it’s thin enough to leak out from under a screw on lid, then I believe it will likely weep under a stencil. I purchased Intended for a young tween to do while supervised. Returning only because I don’t think we will have good results at this age and can use library maker space resources.
