This is my gift to myself for Christmas. The plan was to use it to grind up sticks and stamps from the yard so I wouldn’t have to get them hauled off. How’s a bit suspicious when the instructions were pretty hard to read, and some of the parts that came in the box were never discussed. The screws that came with it were cheap and a couple of them stripped out on just the first insert. I couldn’t figure out how to hook up the bin that goes underneath…and I’m a fairly handy guy :). I got it fairly well assembled took it out for a test grind and I got nothing. The device would not turn on. I tried hitting the reset and plugging it into different outlets with different cords several times. Nothing. I tried to contact the manufacturer Through their email and have never heard back in close to a month. I set it up for a return, but they don’t even want it back. I’m gonna give it to a local community group that will try to get it to work.

After seeing the reviews appears I'm not the only one that box this and it won't turn on right out of the box.
