I use these tongs for everything - meat and veges. I wanted wood because it wont scratch my cooking vessels and pans. My old tongs were stainless steel with very small tong heads so I was forever dropping chicken joints and chops that I was trying to turn over. These work much better. Also use these tongs to scoop and turn over vegetables roasting in a roasting pan.Only slight drawback is the squeeze tweezer style handle is a little more awkward than the scissor style handle on my old metal tongs but just a matter of getting used to that.

Not a smooth finish, after one cold water handwashing it became so spiky and impossible to use, maybe sanding and oiling will help idk

Very nice product and it is so well made! I love it except that it is a bit too big and long for daily use... need to use extra force to make sure it holds the food tight and not falling

This produce looks good. There are areas for improvement. For instance, the tip should be angled (think geometric) to aid with smoothly sliding it under food on the grill. No real benefit for having it curved.

Finally got to use these wooden tongs over the weekend and I must say these are great! They're long enough that the heat doesn't burn your hands and the larger tip makes flipping steaks a lot easier compared to those standard narrow tongs. The quality and craftsmanship also looks and feels top notch.

Really pleased with these tongs. After a few bad experiences with plastic tongs I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the wood. Used for burgers last night to great effect and these will be used a ton this summer for more BBQ nights.
