End result is very good but it caused challenges to install it.The railing design caused the the mounting bracket screw holes to be hidden by the railing. So I pre mounted the 3 wall mounting brackets to the railing. Then I used the result to determine spacing on the wall and marked the screw holes. Then I removed the beckets from the railing and stewed them to the wall. In the final steps of the installation , I mounted the railing to the 3 brackets.By the way one black wall mounting screws was missing. I replaced the black screws with silver screw and stronger mounting plastic inserts.

Very sturdy…. my husband needed this due to his medical issues and s helping him get up and down… get this if you have the same issues of someones mobility!!! Good buy and right price, the screws and the hanger is there already not just the bar!

Finally my husband installed the hand rail it was easy. The previous railing was to wide difficult to graps, this is perfect for my arthritis and its sturdy, the color matches my walls, good value for my money.

There was a chip in the wood on the underside of the railing. Fortunately, it was not noticeable once the railing was installed. Otherwise, the railing was good quality.

Would rate this product a a two. My reasoning is that the wood handrail finish was poor. Perhaps I'm to picky, but I put a two coats of paints on the handrail to make it look like it should of looked when it arrived. There were no instructions. To many this might not be a big deal, but it would of helped to know how big a drill bit to use to drill into the dry wall to install the wall anchors. I can't visually look at a wall anchor and determine how big the hole should be. Finally, when I secured the metal supports, I assumed that the screws would be flush with the supports, but they are not, they stick out a bit which makes the finish look less than attractive/professional. I installed this in the entryway of my front door where everyone can see it when coming in. Am disappointed.

Box was crushed, and product had so many cracks through the wood it was completely unusable. Then on top of it I have to pay to return it back! Unacceptable.
