I chose this product over the ones with the large rechargeable batteries because it would be lighter weight and easier to handle. I was not disappointed. It charges up quickly and hold the charge well. It certainly makes garden trimming much easier than using the manual shears which were my old go-to tool. I got through trimming back our boarder grass plants in less than one minute per plant. With the manual shears it took at least 3 minutes and resulted in lots of blisters. and sore muscles. The different blades were easy to interchange. When I was finished, I made sure to wipe down the blades with an oil based product to help protect them from rust. Highly recommend this product.

Our new rental company decided it won't be doing mulching or shrub trimming like the old company did. My shrubs were in need of a haircut. I contemplated hiring it done but decided to see if I could find a light-weight trimmer on here. I'm very pleased with this trimmer. It is light weight, so easy for me to handle. It comes with 2 blades-a grass trimmer and the longer shrub trimmer. I charged it and out to my shrubs I went. I've never trimmed a shrub in my life but this was easy for me to use. It performed well!! I'm not real sure how it would do on a large project but for my "landscape area" it worked great! It's not noisy. It's well made and has enough power for what I need. The battery charge lasted longer than the job did! I've received compliments on my area. I've promised to do a couple of my neighbors areas so I'll get some exercise, tooWin! Win!

This has made pruning my topiaries so much easier.I love it! Saves a lot of time and easy to navigate. I rated it 4 stars because the long hedger doesn’t work well.It’s not strong enough to cut back anything with a little thicker branch so I have to bust out the manual trimmers for that. Otherwise this tool is great. I hope it lasts but so far so good. As soon as I got it I trimmed all of my topiaries on one charge.I have 7 topiaries btw.So, it did great. Good value.

Leaving a review for this because if you have a hedge on your property I can’t recommend it enough!It’s lightweight and easy to use. It doesn’t run out of battery.This is a job that would take me 2 hours with my old heavy corded trimmer. Then I was doing them with a large manual clipper in about an hour. Now it takes 20-30 min.Plus it’s easier to shape and even the tops and make the bottom part nice n neat w the smaller attachment.It also cuts vines and more stubborn plants. And is perfect for destroying those tufts of grass by the curb. Awesome tool! Fair price! No blisters or backache! This is the one

Main surprise is that it is small, it can cut a stem a little over 1/3 inch, like .75 cm, that’s it. If faced with too large a stem it will jam and shut off. Then you pull the blade away and continue, watching how you cut. It is a trimmer for fine tuning your hedge shape not for reshaping or pruning. Haven’t tried the additional accessory. Once I learned its limitations, I was still happy with its performance. You can swing it with one hand to trim down brush that’s not even. I live in the South where there’s heat, water and sunshine aplenty, my backyard gets overrun with abundant vegetation of all type, so I have put this little trimmer to good use. I just also need a bigger one! Battery life is good, recharging with usb is about an hour (out of box must charge first) there is a safety lock, changing blade is easy, would trust my teenage son to use it.

It took a while to charge, but then performed like a pro! I was able to cut back my shrubs in a fraction of the time it took me by hand. The tool is lightweight but very strong & sturdy.

This tool is the best way I have seen to do a quick trim of hedges. The only drawback is the fact that the cutting blades on the long attachment seem to rust quickly. They are definitely not stainless steel. I have gone to using WD40 after every use.

This device is lightweight and easy to maneuver around small plants/shrubs. Although it feels a bit “flimsyâ€, it gets the job done. The smaller of the two attachments is my favorite. The on off switch seems cheap. The charging cord did not work. No problem as I had a type C ISB charging cord on hand.. The device could use an indicator showing the level of charge rather than just when charging the green light comes on when it’s fully charged. FOR $31, what do you expect! I noticed when I went back to put this review on Amazon, I noticed a newer model available for $10 more, I wasn’t aware of that when I bought this.

After I done my hedge trimming with the real heavy trimer for couple of weeks everything looks nice, but than some shoots appear, which will grow bigger and I'll have to do the heavy trimming again. Now every couple of weeks I can easily trim this shoots using this very light and convenient trimmer in 15 minutes and hedges are looking pretty again. Battery was enough for the hole cycle. Hope not to change my opinion, but for now, YES, I recommend it.

Simple to simple to use. I like the fact that it uses a USB C type connector. The hedge trimming attachment is for lighter duties. Overall a good product.

It's amazing what these mini tools can accomplish! I bought it to cut small branches down my long driveway so I wouldn't have to lug my full size gas trimmer down there and I could not be more pleased. It was a good weight for the size of tool (I am a small woman) and very powerful.It was so powerful that I also started using it on thicker branches, probably up to an inch or so in diameter and it handled it easily! The charge seems long and it is a great size to store easily.

Truly I wasn't expecting muchBut I found it very helpful to maintain shrubs which was my intent. Tired of lugging out the plug in one.It cuts fine. My plug in one has sharper blades. Know we will need to get the blades sharpened in the fallIt was easy to assemble.
