Very sturdy, well built. Wish they had a size for a womanรขโฌโขs hand. It feels weird to just be able to wrap the tips of my fingers around the curve. Iรขโฌโขm learning to trust them to hold the bar.

The hooks are too big to fit in my small female hands. The Velcro strap is lifting off the cloth and I have only used them twice. They do work once I got comfortable with the fact I can't cup the hook so I will keep using them until they fall apart since all other on the market seems too big as well. You can never trust a one size for both men and women.

Very useful tool to have in your arsenal as a personal trainer. I love being able to have my elderly clients still participate in certain exercises without compromising grip strength. This also helps my young clients as well, as they are able to focus on the muscle instead of their grip. It really allows them to isolate the muscle we are trying to target instead of the death grip. Great for arthritis, post-surgery, no-grip strength, death grip strength and so much more!

Iรขโฌโขve been having trouble upping my weight on my RDL and dead lift because of my grip strength. These have been such a savor. They fit comfortably around the wrists and has improved my form. Not hard to use or release.

I've been enjoying using this for going hanging ab exercises with my bodyweight (~160lbs). Typically up to 4 times a week for a month. all in all, I got about 24 uses out of them before the strap tore off of the velcro wrap. I'm very disappointed with the durability and am thankful I wasn't using this for a heavyweight when they broke.For comfort, I wasn't expecting much out of a product like this from any manufacturer. It hurt my wrists to use until I figured out I could ball my fists and that would distribute my weight comfortably along with the wrap.I'm hoping the more expensive competitor will last longer than a month under frequent bodyweight stress.

El producto es resistente, tiene buena calidad, sin embargo, es pesado, no es prรยกctico y en mi caso, me llegรยณ una versiรยณn diferente del producto mostrado en la fotografia, si con las mismas caracterรยญsticas, pero no con el mismo logotipo de la etiqueta del producto, se ve viejo.Lo he usado 2 veces y ya, hace un par de meses quizรยกs mรยกs que los comprรยฉ y realmente no los he usado mucho, porquรยฉ sin incรยณmodos al sujetar la barra en peso muerto, creo que son mรยกs estorbosos para mi que ayudarme a ejercitarme.Los comprรยฉ en mi opiniรยณn, sumamente caros, considerando que hay opciones similares en otros colores y marcas que cuestan la mitad, lo comprรยฉ por el color rosa como capricho y hasta inclusive, por la etiqueta, que considero se ve mรยกs estilizada y no tan tosca para mis gustos, pero en mi caso solo fue un gasto completamente innecesario, ademรยกs de recibir unos ganchos otra etiqueta que me dan la sensaciรยณn de que son para un macho alfa... Si, aรยบn siendo color rosa en el gancho.

Estรยกn fantรยกsticos, tuve problemas en mis antebrazos debido a sobre entrenamiento y gracias a estos ganchos e podido entrenar mientras me recupero!

Estos "ganchos (hooks)" que se ajustan a la muรยฑeca permiten alcanzar un mejor entrenamiento de espalda al hacer dominadas y no depender exclusivamente en el grip de agarre. Sumamente recomendado.
