I have an aluminum truck topper that the ends of the 1" aluminum cross bars on the roof were open. This created a sort of whistling going down the road where the air moving over the open ends was much like blowing across a bottle, only much more shrill. installing these with a rubber mallet stopped the noise, and looks much more "finished".

How about these caps just to Replace some that was worn out. They fit perfectly

Good plugs. Fit was tight, but no problem getting them installed. It was very cold during installation & none of the plugs broke or chipped, they were all quite pliable as they seem to be made of a softer nylon type material. I will buy again when I need more of them.

These end caps worked great in the square tube I used them for. I built a steel fee for a friend and wanted to seal the ends of the tubes to prevent rainwater and hopefully slow down any rust. The caps fit very tight and ended up snug against the rim of the tube.

Had to use some 1" square tuning to put an extension on my workbench for my saw. These were great for covering the holes and any potential sharp edges. More than I need, but did the job.
