If your Honda CR-V back hatch does not unlatch in cold weather, replacing the hatch release switch with this part will fix it. My wife's 2016 CR-V had that problem, so I installed this last year. I waited to see if it would work in cold weather before writing a review, and it worked fine all through this past winter - even on the coldest days.

It will work on the 2017 Honda odyssey back hatch switch there’s videos on YouTube. With a little elbow grease you can save over $100

This was an exact replacement for the actuator for my 2015 Cr-V Ex-L HOWEVER it had a different electrical connection. If you have a push button starter this unit will not workUse Honda part number 74810 T1W A01.
