I purchased two of these for the e-tools I had picked up from Walmart and they fit perfect. If you have the collapsible foldable Mini Field shovel and no case you definitely want these. It is not a plastic hard case so keep that in mind if you are looking for something that you can sling around. But if you're looking for normal storing this works perfect.

Seems like heavy material. Nice to have the strap to hang it off the back of a car seat.

If you lost the case for your entrenching tool/folding shovel or just bought one without a case, this case will fit a normal GI entrenching tool with a little extra room to spare. It's not snug fitting, which makes the tool hard to get out when you need it.The nylon is thick, the sewing is well done and with no loose strings anywhere. The velcro patch on the flap is large and grabs really well, not like some of the cheap ones that only have a tiny piece of velcro that keeps flying open.It has both a belt/hanging loop with a good snap buckle as well as two molle strips on the back as you can see in my photo. What more do you need?I haven't seen a better case for entrenching tools for anywhere near this price. If you need one, this is the one to get.

Well made.I like that it has molle attachments on it. That allows me to mount this on the outside of any of my backpacks.In my pictures you may notice that my fold up shovel has very sharp teeth on one side of the spade. This case will help protect my backpacks - all of which I have a lot of money invested in. I'm calling that a WIN.The velcro closure is plenty big enough and plenty strong enough.The whole thing is very well made and I can't even find a thread out of place.Overall, this is a heck of a good deal and a very good value. Glad I got this.
