I’m so upset I went to tighten the pole and now when it spins it just keeps tightening the pole to the point that it won’t even spin anymore. I’m so upset and confused I was so excited and I don’t know if it’s broken or I’m doing something wrong but I can’t even use it

I would like to start off being making everyone who is thinking of buying this product aware of the fact that the pole itself is about 7ft. THIS IS NOT INCLUDING THE DONE TOP that is necessary for setting it up. Although it is stated, i didn’t pay much attention and the pole ended up being too big for my 7ft ceiling room. Expect the minimum height for the entire thing to be over 7ft.( can adjust to make it taller) Luckily I did have other areas in the house were I was able to make it work. In regards to the product itself? Absolutely worth the price. The pole is thick,heavy, spins ( with also a still setting) and once set up it is sturdy. I am extremely pleased and excited to explore this new sport! Buyyyyy itt, bae!blessings!

I used it maybe twice was so excited because I saw other people installing it and using it fine. Mine was not level adjusted several times before I realized the pole itself was not straight. When installing it; it wasn’t all the way out because of that. Now it’s just sitting on the floor taking us space. Wish I had a pile to practice at home
