I've been doing my 2nd fermentations of kombucha in these, and they're great. They're as sturdy as glass bottles should be. The swing caps are sufficiently sturdy. During one of my more explosive bottle openings, a cap came off, but I was easily able to reattach it. Honestly, no complaints. Would 100% buy again.

The glass is sturdy and the stopper is well made. Unfortunately it has to be said they are of high quality as so many things are not. Great quality and value.

Arrived in one piece, which is amazing for glass. Little funnel works great. Not easy to clean, but not hard. Just a bit more effort, which I think is just the fact they are bottles.Just a heads up, the stopper bit comes off so you can clean it, which is great. But if you're making a ginger beer or the likes, watch out. The pressure was enough when I tried to burp one bottle, the stopper bit (and the metal parts) was ripped off the bottle and flew across the room. Just a warning! But besides that works great!

They look good and the lids seal well. They're also strong - as a ginger beet newb I didn't burp my bottles. Judging from the cataclysmic eruption (hit the ceiling with force) the bottles had been sustaining significant pressure.

I use these bottles for making kombucha and so far, they do the job very wel. The only cons is "how to clean them" I finally found a brush that can go inside and remove the residual of the kombucha. Just as a plus or marketing strategy, they should include a brush to clean them. But in general, good products.
