Device was a gift for my son working at desk in his room. The exerciser fits neatly under his desk, is quiet, and surprisingly effective. You can feel your muscles being worked throughout your legs and into your hips! I never would have considered the amount of workout you obtain from this machine, but my legs feel invigorated & I can sense the blood flow. I love this machine and although I exercise outside the house, this device keeps my legs moving while sitting at my desk! It also has various speeds as well as a timer to determine your workout period with a nice bright digital readout. The remote means I don't have to bend down to the machine each time I want to change features and the 'built-in' carrying handle allows for easy mobility or shifting of the machine. I simply sit at my desk at home, start working on the computer, and turn the exerciser on to work out my legs. Considering purchasing a spare!

This machine is awesome, sturdy, the circulation in my feet are great just in a couple of hours I can feel the difference i suffer from neuropathy. The machine has no noise, it came already assembled, and the mobility is great. 💕💕💕💕

This is just what I needed. It works great and keeps me exercising with the cold weather. I like the multiple speeds and the fact that it is electric. It is quiet and I can just slide it under a chair when not in use.

Worked fine but not what I expected. I work at a desk all day and thought this unit would help provide me with some exercise while I’m sitting. What I didn’t realize when I purchased it was that it’s 100% passive range of motion. There is 0 work on your part. It will move your legs for you at different speeds but you do nothing but strap your feet in and go for the ride. This would be very good for patients with disabilities or after a stroke who need reconditioning of their legs. Or very elderly people who are stiff from lack of exercise. It’s not for a fully active mobile person looking for exercise while sitting at their desk working.
