We purchased this fireplace a year ago for a bedroom wall insert and loved it. Purchased a second one a week or two ago and when we got it, glass was broken inside the package. I did end up going to purchase one in the store due to not wanting to have to wait for shipping and receiving a broken one. I love the one we have, overall great product and anything could have happened during shipping so I don’t blame the seller at all. Will send package back for refund.

This was a gift for our son’s new home. The fireplace is a very good quality and works perfectly. The colors of the flames are very vibrant. It warms up his whole bedroom.

Looks great and easy to assemble. Not a ton of heat but didn’t expect much with a smaller electric set up . Love it though!

We had someone install it and add structure piece around it to match the wall.

Very sleek, beautiful fireplace. We added shiplap surround. Wish flames were slightly taller. Love the color options but my 5-yr-old son insists on blue/blue all the time! Heat output was disappointing, but maybe would work better in a smaller room? Remote does not do well if too far away from fireplace. Hoping that will improve when battery needs to be replaced. Overall happy.
