Great product. The only complaints are the rope for the seat attachment doesn't shorten enough for smaller children, and the instructions are not well organized. The company really needs a bigger pdf version, video, or BILT app instructions. There's not a lot of internet help for this brand.Anyone who buys this, the instructions tell you to hook up the end of the zipline first - don't. The end of the line is where you adjust the cable tension and it'll save you a lot of grief doing it last. The start line has to be tied higher up in the tree than the end and you'll want all the slack you can get while tieing a cable around a tree atop a 8ft ladder.

Easy setup and good instructions. Only tool needed is a 1/2†wrench and a ladder.

Works like a champ. Hard to get the angles and droop right. Takes some trying. But great product.

This is a great kit if you have the exact measurements of the space you’ll use it. It is easy to assemble and very durable!

My husband and I were able to find a spot, put it up and kids were on it within an hour. They enjoy it, happy for my purchase, only con is seat could be better quality.Only had it a month, but zips pretty smoothly and has a spring on the end to slow em down as not to crash into the other tree.
