My sister bakes homemade cupcakes, cookies, and cakes as a business so I bought this insulated bag for her to use when transporting them. It's a great size, seems well-made, and I also had it embroidered. She absolutely loves it. Would highly recommend! She said the plastic pouch on the front is also really handy for labels, receipts, or whatever else.

Great bag especially for hefty large deliveries. It's durable has quality outer and inner materials. Holds up pretty well lots of space inside insulated bag. It's been practical and of great use for me.

We bought these for a party for our parent's 60th wedding anniversary. The nearest Olive Garden was 35 minutes away, these bags kept the food as hot as it was when we picked it up. They fold up nice for storage afterwards also.

The bag itself is well insulated. The zippers are trash. Under light use, the top zipper detached on one side. Zigzag stitched it back together. Less than a week later, the bottom side of the zipper detached from the bag. Unless you can sew or reinforce the zipper, I would not advise purchasing this product. I have other insulated bags that undergo constant use in food delivery and never have their zippers separated from the bag. I only give it two stars because the insulation is good and the side pockets are helpful.

I have been using this bag for 2 weeks now. This bag is very good quality. The zippers are nice and big, unlike the poor quality bag that DoorDash sells in their store. When I deliver an order to a customer, I can feel the heat inside the bag as soon as I unzip it. 14" Pizzas easily fit inside the bag.For those of you considering getting the catering bag from the DoorDash store, don't do it!! The bag from the DoorDash store is very poor quality. Mine started coming apart within 2 weeks of using it. No structure to it.If you do food deliveries for DoorDash, Skip the dishes, Uber Eats, etc., get this bag. You will be happy that you did.

I purchased this bag for food delivery. It has SO much room, and keeps things nice and warm. My only (minor) complaint is that the bottom isn't reinforced, and it would be wayyy better with a hard bottom in it. Could probably cut cardboard to fit. Minor issue, and I still really like it.
