At first I was a little put off by how small it seemed when I unpacked it. I started adding my existing sewing stuff in with what comes with it and realized, maybe it's not so small after all. One thing I don't care for is, the lid won't close if anything is in the cover pocket on the right side, inside. I've tried to rearrange the threads, so the small one are on the right in the tray, but, if you want to store anything in the pocket, the tray has to be empty, aside from sewing needles or threaders. Otherwise, it's adorable and reminds me of my grandmother's sewing box.

Got this for my 10 year old granddaughter for her first sewing box and she loved it. Hopefully she will have it for many years to come.

Nice size, I really didn’t need the sewing supplies that came with the box but it is nice to have extras and I have been looking for a sewing box for quite some time. I love the flower pattern especially since it looks vintage, and the plastic divider.

I chose this basket because there was no prop65 warning on it like other baskets have. Also it was affordable and pretty. However it is low quality. It looks like fabric was glued down on the basket and some of it didn't stay down and you can still feel the stickiness on it. The bottom of the basket is hard cardboard. It looks poorly put together upon close inspection. If it holds up I won't mind too much because it is still pretty and holds a lot. It also comes with some basic sewing kit stuff which is a nice touch. Check out the pictures and decide if you can deal with it.
