Works good but 1 camera is bad (no night vision) working on getting a replacement. I replaced a old system with this one. some reviews say bad night vision, I think they might need to adjust light and contrast settings.

Camera and DVR work well. Easy to setup except instructions are poor. Instructions don't explain all the possible settings, However there are online videos that help a bit, but the version of software on the DVR is newer than the one shown in the videos. Tech support was responsive and helped fill in the blanks. Thank you Slina & Mia. My only issue has been every few days one of the cameras drops signal and I have to power cycle the camera by unplugging the power and plugging it back in. Night vision is very good but motion detection has a problem with weather. Next time I'll go with PIR cameras.

1 You can NOT download your recordings2 impossible to try and locate an event3 the user interface is so difficult to use you give up trying to use it before you can get to where you needed to view.5 i got locked out because i changed to screen res. to high and now its bricked!6 have to throw it in the garbage now im past the return windowDO NOT waste you money with ZOSI in any way!! YOU BEEN WARNEDUPDATE 11/14/2023Now they locked me out of access to the app and i can no longer use the DVR at all since i posted this review! Tried to contact help several times says "sorry no one here to help leave a message" also motion detection does not work, false positives every minute. tells me QR code expired? i Literally have to throw the unit in the garbage now. you can not reset it, you can not unlock it and if they want to lock you out of access your done just like me! i install CCTV for a living and we always use more advance higher grade equipment but we are testing these low grade systems and the nightmares are raring their ugly heads. ZOSI is one of the worst so far. MORE to come...

I had the zosi 4 camera set up. I am very pleased with the easy set up, replay to check for things while I was away. It works so well I ordered the 8 camera set up. Very good product.

Installation went well Camera quality is good as long as you remember to switch the cameras to 1080p at the cameras after power up (default is 960)Local software is good .Remote live viewing is good.If you are going to install your DVR near where you are going to view/review recordings this system works well.That is where the 5 star ends. Now for the 0 star part.Remote recorded viewing Is Horrible. Remote live viewing is fine .No webserver built in to unit (that I could access anyway).Remote software for pc is ridiculously complicated to set up with very poor functionality (ff rew ). I cannot attest to mobile app as I did not need it. However others reviews suggest it also leaves a lot to be desired.DVR is in a closet on shelf so standing there with a stepstool and a mouse to review recordings isn't going to happen.I have already installed system so returning isn't going to happen. Ordered a different DVR.If your DVR is going to be located where you will be accessing recordings directly, I recommend this system based on price/features.If you plan on locating the DVR in a remote location. You might want to consider some other options.

Very good security cameras and easy to install. A month after having them installed there was one that remained dark, I checked with Amazon and they told me that the warranty had expired, so I contacted the seller and they solved the problem by replacing said camera. Grateful to Leonard from Zosi, who arranged for the replacement camera to arrive as soon as possible.

Cheap camera with cheap plastic and cheap screws and the cables are cheap 3 of them don't work hard to set up I would not buy again
