Everything is interesting about this useful kitchen tool. Starting with the box, then the insert that tells the truly "American Dream" story of the female founder of this product.The tool itself is the best I have seen in this area. The scraper is at the correct bevel, and it's sharp enough to chop food! Can also be tuned and eventually re-sharpened to desired level. The handle is secure. The inch measuring guide is great for cookies, meatballs, etc. to ensure uniformity.So what can this thing do for you? It'll transfer cut, minced, chopped, splayed, and flayed items from a cutting board to a pan or pot without a spill. Ten times more effecting than trying to balance the stuff on the edge of a knife--and 20x safer.It will also make cleanup of cutting boards much faster, and after using it first, a sponge makes easy work of remaining residue.A great purchase, and I am looking for more well-built items from this company.

This bench scraper is handy, and easy for me to hold. It is wide enough to pick up a ball of dough, or half a batch of scones at a time, and the metal is sturdy. This was my first time using a bench scraper, and I’m so glad I decided to get it. The handle is plastic, which is not a big deal. That said, I will hand wash so it doesn’t potentially come apart from the dishwasher.

I immediately put my new Zulay Kitchen bench scraper and chopper to use prepping vegetables for a stir fry. It's a well-made product and the non-slip ergonomic handle made it much easier for my arthritic hands to wield compared to the umpteen-years-old chopper I've been using. And I found the "Our Story" insert about how Zulay Kitchen started and who it's named after a nice touch.

This bench scraper has a great hand feel and cuts through dough cleanly. Just don't forget to take the plastic blade cover off before you cut your dough.
