Great for the usual pots and pans, and for cleaning stainless steel sinks.They last quite longer than expected. Just be sure to rinse and then store on something where they can drain completely after use.

This steel wool is a little more corse than I like, but it works OK for my furniture refinishing.

We were using them for sanding trim during a remodel. We have used several brands of steelwool in the past and not had this experience. The residue that came off left behind a layer of silver so we stopped using.
