Despite what reviews say. This lock is fine. Edges are not sharp. They will not cut you. It looks good and installs easy. I use it on my closet door. I was able to use my existing door knob part that goes in the door hole and just slide new Knob pieces into it. I tightened screws and that was it. I am happy with my purchase.

I got this handle because my college apartment has locks on our bedroom doors, but doesn't let us lock it externally, which was annoying, because when I would leave, my room was just open. The other day I decided I was sick of it after my roommate had some people over while I was gone and they used my bathroom! But I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a door handle, because again, poor college student, so I bought this and figured I'd try it out. This handle took max 5 minutes to install (and I'm not very mechanically inclined) and is great quality for the price. I also like that three keys are included.

This lock failed after 3 days. Horrible, don’t bother trying this again. Not a good door lock. Now can’t return due to seller restrictions. Poor poor poor customer service and quality

The handle has severe edges. I bought two of these since round door knobs are getting harder for me to turn. The price was great but the edges of the metal are not rounded like I would have expected. They are not comfortable on my hands. They work well, the color is good, and the price was low so I will keep them. If you have tender hands or skin these may not be for you.

While the package is made to install on a fresh door, I was just changing the handle cause I wanted one that I could lock given I’m looking for a roommate. Installation was very easy and didn’t need instructions. Worked perfectly for what I needed.

Security for when we are not home. Easy to install. Fits two depths of openings in a door and two thicknesses of doors. Slightly different from the existing handle but of identical colour and finish.
