Very smooth looking mechanism. Don't have to struggle to get the key to turn. With the lever instead of a knob my disabled grand daughter can open the door easily. Great lock set for the value price.

Installed for a listing. Looks great. It came with plenty of extra keys. Easy to install except for the doorknob itself; the screws are already screwed in the posts, which I overlooked, so I was trying to screw in the extra screws on top of the ones already in the posts. Once I realized that, the installation went very smoothly—great value for the price.

This product is flimsy and very difficult to install. Also, the inside lock on the handset was very finicky and would lock up if not in the exact spot when tightened. After 30 mins of trying to install, lining up holes poorly positioned and dealing with a door handle that worked 30% of the time, I ripped it out and went to hardware store to buy a Schlage, what a difference in feel and quality! I would return this but all the packaging is torn apart and in frustration, I threw away 1/2 of the 2 door set. Not at all pleased.Update: This is an honorable company. After reading my review, they did reach out to offer a full replacement or full refund. They did not have to do that and I appreciate their outreach and customer focus.

Had to purchase when I had to event a tenant. They were easy to install, fit together very well. When the door was, repeatedly kicked the lock and deadbolt held firm and were never damaged. They look good and work properly. Having cone with several extra keys was also convenient as I do not have to make copies.
