My wife wanted me to replace a regular door knob with a lever type. This one was at a nice price and comes with the deadbolt too. I am pleased with the quality and my wife really likes it. It arrived quickly and installed easily. It seems pretty sturdy, so it will probably last several years.

Was extremely difficult to switch to left hand. Once that was achieved was easy to install in existing door holes. It’s a handsome look. Hope it lasts the test of time.

Matches our other door handles. Handle seems well made and works great. The finish on the handle does not rub off.

I liked this lever option because I was able to purchase two of different colors and switch the handle locking mechanism to match my exterior and interior hardware for a fraction of the cost for name brands. The handles came with instructions on how to switch the position of the lever and locking mechanism. They were a bit confusing at first but became easier with more practice. The handles are surprising sturdy and do not wiggle a bunch, although there is a bit of give. They look nice and are very practical.

Very dissatisfied in that the "Latch Bolt was stuck in the IN position and would not come out to be able to close and secure door had it been installed. I sent email to the manufacturer like the inside of the box directed but no reply came after 4 days so I did a RETURN.Other than that Quality Control issue I would have used the handle assembly as it was well made and worked very well.

Difficult to change handle/locking side. Then discovered that one screw to attach then together to the door was missing. They do look very nice . Then , when wanting to install the deadbolt, we noticed it had a very flimsy way to attach it to the door and the way it was built (compared to the otherwise ugly old gold one I removed and another spare we had lying around). Wouldn’t be very secure in our opinion. So we decided to return.
