Used one day so far. Cut down with one snip each group of Hostas. Fall cleanup. Then it also worked on those young forsythia branches that stuck out of my bushes. I got them for the short handles being down on the ground for the Hostas. Cleaned the blades with alcohol and let dry inside, may not last for years doing bushes so instead they will be saved for the plant cut back chore.

Love these smaller sized manual pruners. They are very sharp. I use them to shape boxwood shrubs.

That’s shears are very sharp. I use them for different tips of shrubs. They might be a bit heavy for someone with small hands, but for me this is not an issue.
