I made a Martha Steward Tomato Tart using this 11-inch tart pan for the first time. It worked very well. The pan is solid and well-designed. The bottom pops out and I was a bit concerned that the dough may seep out from underneath. But that was never an issue, and everything worked as it should. And then when I removed the finished tart, it was so easy to do and to clean. No residual mess and the tart pan looked brand new. When you buy this brand you get 2 tart pans which is very nice if you are preparing any kind of pastry or tart or even dinner for a larger crowd. If you are in doubt about which tart pan to buy, try this one. It is an excellent choice!

I bought these pans to replace an old removable bottom pie pan that is now in recycling heaven. I’m always a little skeptical of the descriptions on Amazon. I find the products often don’t live up to the hype. These pans are exactly as described. They are sturdy, well made pans that will last for decades. I use them mainly to make quiche and the results have been great. The crust is crisp and flaky and the filling comes our rich and creamy, no under cooked crust. The nonstick is the best. They release with no effort and the bottom slides smoothly away so you’re not cutting on the nonstick bottom. Highly recommend these pans. Just a note, I find that the cooking time is a little longer in these pans but the ease of use more than compensates for the few extra minutes that it takes to bake.

I used these for a cookie crust (Oreo/graham cracker) and they were awesome. Easy to use. Nice big size. The crust was able to pop right out of the pan to display my desserts nicely.

The pan is very well made and sturdy. Easily held up to the weight is this tort. The clean up was minimal as the non stick material worked perfectly.

I got these to make deep dish quiches for a brunch. The recipe called for 10" x 2" pans. These were perfect and resulted in beautiful, impressive quiches. Good quality for a good price.
