Perfectly small. My dog is crate trained but I don't like those plastic things you can attach to the bars. I prefer the stainless steel of these. It doesn't take up too much space during a short crate session.

I run a rescue and have tried everything. These are the only bowls that meet every requirement. They're easy to clean, stay in place, and most importantly, they don't tip over. I absolutely love them and so do the animals regardless of age or species. No sensitive whiskers here, just happy babies with full bellies. From now on, these will be the only ones we buy. It doesn't hurt that they're very affordable, regardless of your budget. It's a win, win.

Great size for a small dog. Like the shine and the weight, and they clean up so nicely. The black rubber rings haven't stayed in place too well (like other comments) but you don't need them.

These are very well made & sturdy dog food bowls. Neither do they move while my babie’s eat out of them. Good buy too.

We purchased the set of stainless steel bowls with the rubber rim for our cat who likes to tip over her water and food bowls. The stainless steel is pretty thin and has already dented when we dropped it once on the floor. The rubber rims are not attached and very easily come off the bottom of the bowl, removing the 'anti-slip' quality. The cat manages to easily tip over and move around both bowls, as they are not heavy at all.I would recommend these bowls if you're just looking for very basic metal food/water bowls, but if you're actually looking for anything 'anti-tip' or 'anti-move' or 'heavy', I would find another option.PS - my cat is a kitten and not very strong yet so hopefully that helps with knowing how easy the bowls are to flip and move.

I am glad I went up to the 1 1/2 cup size. I like they are anti slip, very shiny, easy to clean and I won't drop and break these....

These dishes are the perfect size for my two chihuahuas. I know that I’m not over feeding them because they hold the exact amount. Plus, I don’t have to find their dishes when they are done because they stay in place.

Way overpriced.I couldn’t return, check the return policy.I’m feeling ripped off. So tiny and thin for $16.
