These are pretty straightforward trolley wheels, and they roll fine in strut channel. I didn't stress them too much, but the center plate is super beefy. I prefer two holes for what I'm doing, but otherwise they are the same as the single-hole trollies I have tried.

Very nice and solid feeling trolley assembly. The bearings and overall construction are quality and well made. Very smooth rolling. Clean and precise steel cuts and pre-drilled holes.This is a perfect 2 wheel trolley hanger for a 1 -5/8 x 1-58 uni-track, strut hanger type systems.Allowing connection and slide mobility for all sorts of track connected items. Lights, cords, doors/curtains, etc.

I’ve been looking for a way to turn Unistrut into a trolley system for a while now. This is the solution! Two things to keep in mind is to keep the inside of the Unistrut clean and no burrs on the inside as the wheels will catch on anything on the inside of the strut, and make sure the open side of the strut is not bent inwards, or outwards. Inwards will stop the rollers and outwards will cause the rollers to fall out.

This is great for designing a trolley for your unistrut bars. This is strong and can carry a lot of weight. High quality. the bearing is smooth.

I bought this for my small overhead lifting system and am pleased to say it fits the 1-5/8" Unistrut perfectly. It has closed bearings that don't require grease and it's made of stainless steel which is corrosion resistant. The hook I attached to this roller glides along the Unistrut perfectly and makes the winch easy to move around. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.
