These are the right fit for differential and gear box oil change on Rav4 23. I used four and all appear to hold up fine.

These crush type oil drain plug washers really should be changed every time you remove the oil drain plug. Many people don't, but for peace of mind it's best to use a new one each time. You don't have to pay high prices at the dealer as you can just get these.

These washers work perfectly. I have not observed any leak, but be sure to torque to the factor torque spec according to the service manual.

Rav4 requires 2 on transfer case & 2 on rear differential. 20 pcs good for 5 fluid flushes. Perfect fit see no difference btwn these vs stock than price.

As others have stated, they’re definitely not as quality as the OEM washers, as you can see the seam of the “crush material†on the washers. See pic. However, if they crush well and don’t leak, who cares. I’ll update post if I remember.

EDITED REVIEW: I left the following review long after the return window was closed, after discovering the item did not fit my car. The company clearly takes pride in its relations with customers by taking the time to read reviews. Out of the blue I received an email offering a refund a few days after leaving the review. It was unexpected and I am so impressed! I will purchase from this seller again, sending a message before ordering to make sure the item is compatible. Thank you for the excellent customer service!I checked to make sure they were compatible with my car. I was not able to use them right away. Now the return window is closed and I found out today after the oil was drained from my car that they do not fit. Too late to send back :(
