We cooked an 18 lb turkey in this roaster yesterday and it was amazing and delicious. Nice and moist with easy cleanup. Highly recommend for freeing up your oven for all of the side dishes.

Since I have a single oven, I needed more room to cook for a crowd.This relieved the load on that one oven. I still need to learn the ins and outs of cooking with a roaster oven, but there is little guesswork when cooking a nineteen-pound, stuffed turkey. It turned out to be moist and effortless.I would caution the user to keep all parts of whatever is placed in the oven away from the inside walls. The stuffing from the breast end of the turkey swelled and touched the inside wall...so it was a little crisp. That was easily fixed by cutting it off and dropping it into the disposal! The rest of the stuffing was perfect.Not sure how often we will use this, but it certainly is a great help with large-scale preparation. Our one oven and the microwave took over for the rest of the dishes. And - I add a huge cheer for those warming trays that have resided in my kitchen for over twenty-five years. They keep the dishes warm and ready while others are still cooking.Large-scale dinners are a breeze with the right appliances!

The width on these roaster seems to be a standard size. But we got the 32lb turkey in the roaster. It was a tight fit.So far the roaster is very nice and no issues

This is the largest and deepest roaster I've ever had. I absolutely love it! Did a wonderful job on our Thanksgiving Day turkey! The turkey was 23 lb and this held it with no problem! My other one the top would have rocked on the top of the turkey. Definitely worth the money!

I've been cooking a turkey the same way for over 40 years, slow and low between 250-275, over night in a roaster. NEVER had a problem until this roaster. When I first purchased this product in Nov 2024 It worked fine at Thanksgiving. I put the Turkey in at midnight on Christmas eve and added four cups of broth. When I woke up Christmas day I could smell burning. All the broth that i added and all the broth from the 23lb turkey were gone. I noticed that the lid window was leaking steam all the way around and water was dripping from the handle. This did not happen with this same roaster on Thanksgiving. I hand washed it and stored it in the same box I received it in After Thanksgiving. This is a manufacturing issue. Thanks for ruining our Christmas turkey.

Our primary oven is having an issue, so we've been resorting more often to using this powerhouse of a roaster. I ordered it for Thanksgiving so we wouldn't be stuck with no way to roast a turkey knowing we'd have a full house of guests that day. it arrived in time and my husband who does literally all of the cooking in this house was thrilled six ways from Sunday. We now use it for baking bread (I can fit the full six quart hard anodized dutch oven in this thing, along with the lid) as well as roasting, slow cooking, you name it. If we would have used our main oven, chances are good we use this instead. I love it!

This product is excellent for large gatherings. I bought this for reunions and church functions quality is excellent. Perfect if you plan on feeding a lot of people excellent for soups roast very convenient.🥰

My husband purchased this for me for making Thanksgiving dinner, I absolutely love this product! Made Turkey, caldo de res, pozole rojo, chili, pot roast and a bunch of other stuff. Threw out my little crock pot this thing does it all! Great product for a Great price! Definitely would purchase again and highly recommend this product!

These roasters decrease the amount of time the food takes to cook, and keeps it moister. Worked well. It was the first time I have used it.

Be aware that the service department for Heynemo and Sunvivi appear to be the same person.Here is my story. Received a Heynemo 26 quart Roaster oven for Christmas. At first all appeared to be in good order as no damage to packaging, then 2 months later wanted to use it noticed damage to finish of removable roaster pan chips, cracking. Red flag! Was it safe to put food in.So contacted Heynemo for replacing the roaster insert . Heynemo informed me to contact Amazon that informed me that the 30 day returned policy had expired. So once again contacted Heynemo informing them of this. Heynemo told me to contact there affiliate company Sunvivi which I did. Sunvivi did have a replacement insert roaster pan for my roaster. Problem solved I thought until I tried to order it.On trying to order it and putting my mailing information in it would not accept country of Canada. So once again contacted Sunvivi about this information problem. Was informed that this was interesting and maybe us a U.S. address. Well I don't have a U.S. address to use. So have received a gift that cost $245.88 Canadian. was willing to purchase replacement and told that they don't ship to Canada.To me it appears the damage was done on factory packaging. These companies sell the product into Canada and then Canadians are unable to have follow up customer support. So Canadian buyers beware of Heynemo and Sunvivi products sold in Canada. Net result wasted $245.88. VERY UPSET!!!
