I cannot say enough great things about this steel wool. It has literally stopped those pesky rats in their tracks! After the great attic takeover of 2020 - I knew I had to take drastic measures. The poison worked but had bad side effects, traps were a joke... this wool is humane and did the job. They absolutely avoid it like the plague! Highly recommend.

I bough this because I have random mice sneak in the house. I did a sweep of the nooks of where they may come in and filled in the space with the wool. So far I have caught another mouse in the two place I normally find them in the trap. I used it around some pipes and spaces in wood. Easy to use and I use tin snips to cut into sections.

Good product. Keeps the mice away. I used it to fill gaps where mice were getting in. Definitely wear gloves for the install. Easy to pull apart.

not crazy for this. VERY coarse, sharp. Little flecks of steel drop off when cutting or attempting (mostly not successfully) to unroll. flecks aren't good for kitty cat paws and not so easy to vacuum up.Probably ok if the holes/gaps you are attempting to fill are kinda large (not huge, just 2, 3 inches big)

I used this to plug up holes for pest control and did the job. The steel fibers were thick and two rolls was plenty for me. I easily cut it with scissors too which was convenient.
